BureauVorm B.V. retails non-electronic workspace organization hardware, leather and felt desk mats, monitor risers, cable organization accessories, and related desktop utility products. Each product presentation specifies included parts, proportions, and materials. Accompanying photography serves an illustrative purpose; outer cartons and packaging may exhibit slight variation.

A purchase order is submitted upon finalizing checkout. We acknowledge its receipt by email; a binding agreement comes into effect upon our dispatch of the pieces. We reserve the prerogative to decline an order should inventory be depleted or particulars prove unverifiable, in which situation any funds paid are promptly refunded.

Prices are quoted in EUR and include applicable VAT. Carriage charges are stated clearly at checkout prior to payment. Approved payment options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In the event of an evident pricing error, we reserve the right to rectify the figure prior to dispatch and invite you to confirm or cancel the order.

Full particulars regarding delivery arrangements, transit intervals, and applicable carriage fees appear upon the Delivery & Payment page. Responsibility for the consignment transfers to your care upon physical handover.

Our photographs depict the genuine articles prepared for dispatch. Because display calibrations, browser configurations, and ambient light alter visual perception, slight variations in timber or fabric tone are natural, rather than flaws, and do not warrant complimentary returns or indemnity. Specific dimensions, composition, and package contents are detailed on every product record.

BureauVorm remains accountable for your order until the carrier completes delivery to you or your designated recipient at the specified address. Thereafter, all liability for damage or loss shifts to you. Should external transit damage be evident, kindly record it with the courier and notify us within 48 hours.

You are welcome to return parcels within 14 days of receipt pursuant to the instructions upon our Returns page. BureauVorm B.V. warrants that all workspace goods conform to their published technical specifications under Book 7 of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), providing statutory remedies for defects apparent within the legal conformity period.

• Customized or personalized desktop items crafted to individual user specifications or engraved with bespoke identifiers
• Goods subject to rapid deterioration or surface oxidation once exposed to uncontrolled environmental conditions
• Sealed desktop maintenance fluids, leather conditioners, or surface cleaning solutions unsealed after delivery
• Modular components or assembly kits inseparably mixed or installed with external hardware after physical delivery
• Digital workspace templates or downloadable design assets accessed or unsealed by the consumer

The aggregate liability of BureauVorm B.V. for any claim arising from order fulfillment or product use is limited to the actual purchase price paid by the customer or €100, whichever amount is lower. No provision within these conditions seeks to curtail any liability that statutory legislation forbids us to exclude.

Clients must have attained the age of 18 to submit an order. Our desk pieces and care accessories must be applied solely as directed; they serve no medicinal or therapeutic function.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the Netherlands, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the competent district courts of the Netherlands. Should we be unable to resolve an issue through mutual correspondence, the matter shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the court having competence over our registered seat, without prejudice to statutory consumer provisions in your jurisdiction.
