Any piece acquired from BureauVorm may be returned within 14 days of receipt, without requirement of cause. This section sets forth our return provisions, the procedure to follow, applicable postage charges, and the timeframe for your reimbursement.
Conditions
Desk accessories must remain uninstalled, unblemished, free of surface scratches or cosmetic indentations, and retained within complete original packaging alongside all included mounting elements, cable ties, and literature.
Procedure for returning an item
- Transmit a cancellation and return notification to [email protected] with the original order number
- Obtain an official return merchandise authorization reference and designated Dutch return hub address
- Pack the products securely using original internal protective liners to prevent transit damage
- Obtain standard statutory reimbursement within 3-10 business days once the return parcel passes warehouse inspection
Who pays return shipping
Should an article prove defective, damaged, or incorrect, our house assumes all carriage costs by providing a prepaid shipping label or scheduling courier collection. If you simply reconsider your purchase, return postage is at your expense, and no other deductions will be made.
Refund timing and method
Reimbursement is processed within 3 business days following successful inspection of the article. For orders settled by cash on delivery, funds are transferred to your nominated bank account; for orders settled by bank transfer, funds return to the originating account. Financial institutions generally credit the balance within 1-5 business days.

Exchanges
If you wish to obtain an alternative model, dimension, or object, please complete the standard return procedure and submit a fresh order; the initial article will be reimbursed promptly upon return. Should the exchange arise from our own oversight, the subsequent order will be delivered free of shipping charges.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel an order at no cost at any point prior to dispatch by writing to [email protected] with your order reference. Once an order has left our hands, the standard return provisions apply.
