We recommend starting with a single monitor riser and a low profile pen tray to preserve clear surface area. Solid walnut and compact aluminum profiles provide dependable organization without taking up valuable desk space. Every item dimension is listed accurately on its product specification sheet.

Our desk tools are made strictly from solid European walnut, CNC milled 6063 aluminum, and dense Merino wool felt. We never employ medium density fiberboard, paper veneers, or synthetic plastic coatings on our wooden items. Surface finishes consist of food safe botanical oils and natural waxes.

Wipe down the walnut surfaces with a dry or lightly dampened cotton cloth to lift surface dust. Avoid harsh chemical sprays, alcohol based detergents, or soaking the wood in water. Applying a few drops of natural mineral oil once every six months will maintain the luster of the timber.

Select cash on delivery during the checkout process and prepare the exact order total for the courier. The parcel carrier collects the payment in cash directly at your doorstep before handing over the sealed box. We do not accept bank cards or digital payment terminals at the door.

Couriers deliver directly to your front apartment door, including residences in walk-up buildings without a lift. Orders finalized before 13:30 on business days are prepared for dispatch that same afternoon from our Groningen workshop. You will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of your consignment.

You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the piece arrived with a defect or in error. Once our workshop team inspects the returned piece, your refund is issued via bank transfer to your account.
